Agrapidia is a two storey house and it is the largest of the cluster of 3 villas, having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total.
The interior is bright and comfortable with different carefully selected colour schemes in each room, reflecting the vibrancy of tones and shades found on Ithaca Island. They make an excellent combination with the wooden ceiling. A Solid oak floor boards covers the entire house. Contemporary fittings and furnishings have been selected to complement older pieces of family furniture handmade by local craftsmen. These are carefully placed around the spaces. Comfortable Country Charm. These pieces of furniture create traditional yet comfortable areas with a modern touch. The living/dining room on the ground floor is open plan, with a well-equipped modern kitchen with refrigerator, oven, hotplates, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The one bedroom and a bathroom are also on this ground floor.

Agrapidia Villa is named after the Agrapidia tree—the “wild pear tree”—inspired by the numerous fruit trees that grow nearby. This beautifully presented villa is full of charm and natural light. Nestled quietly within its private grounds, it is surrounded by local shrubs and aromatic herbs, with views over the rolling countryside and the Aegean Sea.
Located just outside Vathy, Ithaca’s main town and port, the villa offers both privacy and convenience. Vathy is built around a picturesque bay and provides easy access to all amenities.

The villa enjoys an enviable position, being equidistant (2.5 km) from both Vathy town and the nearest beach. From its terraces, balconies, and front windows, guests can enjoy unobstructed views of the sea, vineyards, and orchards—a truly privileged setting.
